At one point it looked like Mercutio had managed to put the past behind him. The Capps had taken his parents, and he'd never forgive them for that... but his crush on Hermia was making him view the family in a different light. Maybe they weren't all bad? One night, however, Mercutio walked in on Hermia making out with Puck Summerdream. He was furious! Apparently all the Capps were the same - worthless, cheating scum!
